Why We Don't Offer Prorated Invoicing
We understand that billing questions come up, and one of the most common is: "Can you prorate our invoice?" We appreciate you asking and we want to give you a clear, honest answer.
The short answer: No, Indio by Big Rig Media does not offer prorated invoicing.
Why not?
Our services are delivered on an subscription basis. When your agreement begins, we immediately allocate resources team time, platform access, hosting infrastructure, and third-party tools for your full subscription term. Those costs are committed upfront regardless of when you start using the service.
Per your service agreement with Big Rig Media:
"There shall be no refunds of any payments, including annual or monthly subscription fees, unless otherwise set forth in the Work Order." (Section 5 of your Agreement)
This policy applies to all subscription-based services, including:
- Website hosting
- WaaS (Website as a Service) platform access
- Digital marketing campaign management
- IndioApp access fees
What about mid-cycle changes?
If you need to adjust your media/advertising budget, you can do so at any time by sending a written request to help@bigrigmedia.net. Budget adjustments take effect 10 business days from the date of your notice.
Changes to your ad budget do not affect your subscription fees, which remain fixed for your billing term.
