Without it, we can’t run ads, schedule posts, or fix issues efficiently.
To effectively manage your Facebook and Instagram marketing, we need admin-level access to your business profiles. This level of access allows us to:
-
Create and manage ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
-
Schedule and publish content to your Facebook and Instagram feeds
-
Analyze post performance, ad metrics, and audience data
-
Troubleshoot issues like blocked posts, rejected ads, or page restrictions
-
Add or manage integrations with third-party tools (like Sprout Social or CRM platforms)
If we only have partial access (like editor or advertiser), we’re blocked from key functions such as editing business info, linking assets in Business Manager, or resolving Meta-related issues directly with support.
We also do not own or control your page — you remain the primary owner and can remove access at any time. Our role is to serve as a technical and strategic partner so you get the best results with as little friction as possible.
How To Give Us Access To Your Facebook Page
Here’s how to ensure Big Rig Media has the access needed to supercharge your Facebook marketing:
1. Connect with Jeff Beyer: Start the process by sending a friend request to Jeff Beyer on Facebook via https://www.facebook.com/beyerjeff.
2. Wait for Acceptance: Keep an eye out for Jeff to accept your friend request.
3. Go to Your Managed Page: After Jeff has accepted the friend request, navigate to the Facebook page you manage. Ensure you’re in the correct role to manage the page’s settings.
4. Access Page Settings: On your page, locate and click on ‘Settings.’ This will be within the sidebar menu to the left.
5. Switch to New Pages Experience: In the settings menu, find and select the option for ‘New Pages Experience.’ This updates your interface to access the latest page management features.
6. Select Page Access: Once in the New Pages Experience, look for the ‘Page Access’ option and select it. This area allows you to manage access permissions for your page.
7. Add New to People with Facebook Access: Click on ‘Add New’ next to ‘People with Facebook access.’
10. Adjust Access Level: In the new window, you’ll see a toggle button to allow the person to have full control. Turn on this toggle to ensure Jeff has complete access to manage the page.
