When new posts are ready for review, we’ll send you a direct link that takes you straight to your personalized approval portal. From there, you can:

This gives you full visibility and control over your content before anything goes live, while keeping the process fast and collaborative.
Important Note: If approval/feedback is not received within 3 business days on a blog post or newsletter that's pending approval, we automatically move it into production in order to satisfy our production schedule.
