Our services are billed in arrears.
We bill in arrears, meaning you receive an invoice at the beginning of each month for services that were completed during the previous month. For example, work completed in March will be invoiced on April 1.
This billing model ensures you're only paying for work that has already been delivered — not in advance. It typically applies to services like design time, ad management, consulting, content creation, and other project-based tasks.
There are a few exceptions:
-
Website hosting and managed maintenance plans are billed in advance. This is because they are subscription-based services that reserve server resources and staff availability on an ongoing basis.
-
Some print or custom production services may also require partial or full payment upfront, depending on the scope and materials involved.
If you’re ever unsure whether something is billed before or after delivery, you can refer to your agreement or just reach out and ask.
