View a Guest's Reservation History
This article explains how to review a guest’s reservation history in the Indio platform. Viewing reservation history provides insights into the guest’s past stays, preferences, and payment records, enabling better service and streamlined management.
- Navigating to the Add Guest Section
- Login
Use your credentials to access the dashboard. - Navigate to the Front Desk
From the main menu, click on Front Desk. - Navigate to the Guests Tab
- Search for Guest
Use the Search Bar to find the guest by their name, phone number, or email address.
- Login
- Access Reservation History
- Select the Guest
Click on the Guest’s name from the search results to open their profile. - Navigate to Reservation History Section
- Select the Guest
- Reviewing Past Reservation Details
- View a List of Past Reservations
The Reservation History will display a chronological list of all past and current stays, including:
- Reservations Dates (arrival and departure)
- Payment Summary (charges and payments made)
- Open Individual Reservations
Click on a specific reservation to view additional details, such as:
- Payment breakdown
- Notes added during the stay
- Special accommodations or adjustments
- View a List of Past Reservations
- Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Reservation History Not Displayed
Confirm that the guest has all past reservations connected to their profile or double check for duplicate profiles and consolidate. - Incomplete Records
Ensure all reservations were finalized or properly closed to appear in history.
