If you are not a Big Rig Xpress customer:
Your plan may not include a monthly hour of free updates. Some legacy and custom plans do not include this perk. If you’re unsure what your current plan includes, we recommend submitting a ticket and our team will clarify exactly what’s covered.
If you are a Big Rig Xpress customer:
Yes — your plan includes one hour of free content/design updates per month. This time can be used for:

Swapping or updating text, images, or PDFs

Tweaking layout or styling (e.g. margins, spacing, colors)

Replacing or adding new sections

Posting seasonal hours or announcements

Making simple design or content revisions
We track time per request and let you know if something may exceed your included hour. If your updates go beyond the free hour, we’ll let you know before proceeding — additional time is billed at $120/hr, in 15-minute increments, so you're never overpaying.
A quick heads-up:
This is different from the routine monthly maintenance we perform on all sites — which includes security updates to plugins, themes, and the WordPress core. Those are part of our behind-the-scenes care to keep your site running smoothly, and they do not count toward your free content/design time.
