Can I move my Big Rig Xpress website as a service (WaaS)?
Your Big Rig hosted site is a custom wordpress website built with Big Rig’s theming technology. Big Rig offers a affordable cloud-based WaaS (Website as a Service) technology, which has many advantages but also a limitation -- it must run on the provider’s infrastructure in order for it to work properly.
Since Big Rig is a WaaS solution, your site must run on Big Rig’s servers. To be sure, the content you build on Big Rig belongs to you (see your Big Rig Media Work Order and Agreement at Section 4). And you can connect a domain to your Big Rig site, and purchase and manage the domain with another provider.
Big Rig owns all source code, objects code, programming, and/or original artwork or designs created for the Media, and is the sole owner of any Google, Facebook or other agency advertising accounts through which the Media may be featured to service ads while Big Rig is hosting the Media.
Accordingly, Big Rig cannot accommodate your request for the Media.
