Not every site uses this feature, so before diving in, it’s a good idea to check with us first.
There’s a full how-to guide on the official WordPress site if you’re feeling confident, but if you’re unsure or just want to make sure you're doing it right, we strongly recommend submitting a support ticket and asking what we recommend for your specific setup.
That said, here’s a quick overview:
-
To add columns:
Click the ➕ block inserter, search for “Columns,” and choose a layout (like two or three columns). You can adjust the width of each column later. -
To add content:
Click the ➕ inside each column to insert blocks like text, images, headings, or buttons. -
To convert existing content into columns:
Highlight multiple blocks, click the block options menu, and choose “Transform to → Columns.” Each selected block becomes its own column. -
To use pre-designed layouts:
Go to the ➕ block inserter, switch to the “Patterns” tab, and search for “columns” to quickly insert a stylish, prebuilt layout.
If you make a mistake, don’t worry — we can always roll back your site to a previous version using one of your backups. So feel free to experiment if you're curious, and know that we’ve got your back if anything goes sideways.
